Welcome to the Franklin Trotting Club.

The complex is the largest training complex of its kind in Australasia and has three training tracks. The location map on the menu shows how to get to Pukekohe.

Situated in Pukekohe’s lush pasture land and surrounded by mostly equine properties it is home for some of the leading Harness Racing trainers in New Zealand.

Adjacent to the complex is the privately owned Taapuna Lodge which has equine swimming pool facilities along with its barns and paddocks.

The Franklin Trotting Club holds official trials once a month as well as workouts , also monthly, at the complex. These are generally held on consecutive Tuesdays. With the café in operation and some wonderful home baking available do check the dates to come and enjoy an afternoon trying to spot a winner.

Franklin Trotting Club's next race night of the 2011/12 racing season is on Friday 28th October 2011.

Just in time to make a night of it and take your staff to a Franklin Trotting club race night for Christmas.

Companies involved with this race night to date are Brooks Bulk Haulage Ltd, A1 Homes, Bradnam Windows and Dene & Margaret Neal.
